Cancellation of transaction and product return policy
1. The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law 1981 (hereinafter: the Law).
2. The customer (and not the recipient) can cancel the order made in each of the cases and under the following conditions: Any credit will be transferred to the credit card where the order was made only, and in accordance with the schedules of the credit company.
* Cancellation of the order before sending the product to the customer will not incur an additional charge, and the money paid for the transaction, including the shipping fee, will be refunded to the customer. A monetary credit will be given in accordance with the provisions of the law.
3. Return or exchange items purchased on the site - you can receive a financial credit (excluding shipping) or exchange any item you purchased on the site within 14 days from the day you received it. For the avoidance of doubt, lingerie or products that have undergone a change / repair / special order will not be subject to replacement / return.
4. Refund - You can get a refund up to 3 business days from the moment you buy the item and only with an original invoice with a 5% cancellation fee. The consideration will be refunded to the consumer within 7 business days from the date of cancellation of the transaction. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made: (a) cash for cash or cash check will be refunded, (b) for payment by check - if the check is paid the refund will be in cash or cash check within 5 business days of cancellation and if not paid, the refund will be within 5 days Business from the due date, (c) If paid by credit card the charge will be canceled / the credit card will be credited in the following month. It is not possible to receive a refund for a transaction paid for with purchase notes, a gift voucher or a rechargeable magnetic card.
5. Terms of return or exchange for items purchased on the site - in order to return a product, or replace it with another, you must return the product with an original invoice. In addition the clothing items should carry the label attached to them, after they have not been used at all.
* We will not be able to allow replacement / return of an item used or lingerie or a product that has been repaired / changed or a product sewn to a special order or design in the unit!
The Company has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned goods.
6. Direct cards cannot be used, so direct card holders are only entitled to receive credit on the site.
